Pittsburgh Steelers 

Blayre Holmes Davis is the Senior Director of Community Relations for the Pittsburgh Steelers. In her role, she oversees the organization’s community engagement initiatives, social justice programs, community outreach efforts with each of the players, and the implementation of NFL’s league wide social responsibility programs. In addition to this, Blayre serves on the local organizing committee for the 2026 NFL Draft and co-chairs the NFL Draft Source Program, a procurement program for local businesses in the greater Pittsburgh region.

Prior to joining the Pittsburgh Steelers, she served as the Director of Advocacy and Community Outreach at Adagio Health. In her role, she oversaw the development and implementation of the organization’s advocacy platform and working collaboratively with a variety of community stakeholders to create healthcare and education partnerships throughout Western PA. Blayre has over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and has presented at a variety of local and regional conferences on the social justice movements and sports, women in leadership, and youth organizing.

Blayre graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a degree in Communication. She currently serves on the boards of the YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh, Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh, Gwen’s Girls, and Fisa Foundation. Blayre lives in Allegheny County with her husband Austin Davis and their daughter Harper. In January of 2023, Austin was sworn into office as the first black Lt. Governor of Pennsylvania.
Blayre has the honor of serving Second Lady of Pennsylvania and looks forward to continuing the work of uplifting and serving the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
