Director of Development
Erica brings over a decade of experience in community engagement, nonprofit leadership, and program development, with a strong focus on women and mental health. She has served as the Development Director for multiple organizations, where she has led strategic initiatives to support postpartum mental health, expanded access to support networks for underserved families, and secured critical funding through innovative partnerships and grant acquisition to sustain and grow impactful programs.
Erica is known for her ability to build strong partnerships, amplify community voices, and design programs that meet people where they are. Her passion for creating equitable systems of care, especially for women and girls, aligns perfectly with the Girls Inc, of Greater Pittsburgh mission.
